Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our objective is customer satisfaction in entirety. In the event of customer not satisfied with the product/services provided, we will refund the amount, provided the reasons are genuine and verified after investigation.

In the unlikely event that we deliver a wrong item, you have the right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and you shall be fully refunded for the missing item. Customers have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund. Our policy for cancellation and refunds is as follows:

Cancellation Policy

  • Incase of wrong product delivered, customer has the right to cancel the order and the delivery of the right product shall be made without delay once intimated. Incase, a customer wants a refund for the missing product, it shall be made without delay.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. If the product delivered is damaged or mis-printed, then the customer has the right to ask for an exchange or a refund as per his convenience.
  2. The customer must provide us the photograph(s) of the damaged product on +91-8796-44-3800. After inspecting, we will notify you if the exchange or refund is approved.
  3. In case of a refund, the payment made through a payment gateway, the refund will be processed to the same account.
